Terms of Service
Effective October 2, 2026
These terms apply to runaetheros.com and the Aether platform, provided by Aether Executive Operations LLC (“Aether”, “we”), a Florida limited liability company. By using Aether you agree to them. A signed agreement with a client takes precedence where it differs.
The service
Aether gives a business an Executive Operator: software that reads the business’s records, drafts and sends the messages it is authorized to send, tracks deals and money, and reports to the owner. What it may do on its own is set by the business, and anything consequential waits for the owner’s approval.
Your account and your use
- Keep your sign-in private and tell us if you think it has been misused.
- Use Aether lawfully. Do not use it to send messages to people who have not agreed to receive them where consent is required, to send unlawful or deceptive content, or to break into or disrupt any system.
- A business is responsible for the accuracy of the information it gives Aether and for the offers it makes to its own customers.
AI-produced work
Drafts, answers and estimates produced by the Operator can be wrong. Estimates are labelled as estimates. Review anything consequential before relying on it; Aether does not give legal, tax or financial advice.
Fees
Fees, terms and any guarantees are set out in the client’s agreement or order. Nothing here promises a result.
Text message terms
Program: Aether Operator texts. Business owners who use Aether can receive their daily brief, account alerts and replies from their Operator by text. People who contact a business that uses Aether, or who ask that business to text them, receive replies and updates about their request.
Opting in:you opt in by entering your mobile number and checking the text-message box in your Aether account or on the business’s request form, or by texting the business first. Consent is never a condition of any purchase.
Frequency and cost: message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Stopping and help: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts; you will receive one message confirming you are unsubscribed. Reply HELP for help, or write to info@runaetheros.com or call +1 (267) 939-9142.
Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
Your mobile number and text consent are never sold or shared for marketing. See the Privacy Policy.
Limits
Aether is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Aether is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and its total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the service in the three months before the claim.
Ending
You may stop using Aether at any time. We may suspend use that breaks these terms or puts others at risk.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
