Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Aether Executive Operations LLC (“Aether”, “we”), a Florida limited liability company, handles information when you visit runaetheros.com, use the Aether platform, or receive messages sent through it.
What we collect
- What you give us: your name, business name, email address, phone number, and what you write in our forms or messages.
- Account information for people who sign in, and the business records a client chooses to connect to Aether.
- Messages sent and received through Aether on behalf of a client business, and their delivery and reply status.
- Basic technical information needed to run and secure the site, such as request logs and the cookies required to keep you signed in.
How we use it
- To provide the service: answering you, running each business’s Executive Operator, and sending the messages you or a client business asked for.
- To keep the platform secure, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
- To improve the service for the business it belongs to. One business’s information is never used for another business.
To produce an answer or a draft, the relevant text is processed by the AI model providers Aether uses, only for that request.
Text messages
If you opt in to text messages from Aether, or from a business that uses Aether, we use your mobile number only to send the messages you agreed to receive and to answer you.
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or your text-message opt-in or consent with any third party or affiliate for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message opt-in data and consent are excluded from all other sharing described in this policy.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving texts at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is never a condition of any purchase. See the text message terms.
Who we share it with
- Service providers who run parts of the platform for us under contract: hosting, database, email and text-message delivery, AI model processing and payment processing. They may use the information only to provide their service to us.
- The client business you are dealing with, when you contact or are contacted by that business through Aether.
- When the law requires it, or to protect the rights, safety or property of Aether, our clients or others.
- If Aether is reorganized, merged or transferred, to the entity that continues the service, under this policy.
We do not sell personal information.
Businesses that use Aether
When a business uses Aether to work with its own customers, that business decides what it collects and why, and Aether handles the information on its behalf. Each business’s information is kept separate from every other business on the platform.
How long we keep it, and how we protect it
We keep information for as long as it is needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, then delete or de-identify it. Access is limited to the business it belongs to and the people that business authorizes, and every consequential action is recorded.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or stop messages, by writing to info@runaetheros.com or calling +1 (267) 939-9142. Reply STOP to any text, or use the opt-out line in any email.
Children
Aether is a service for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will appear here with its effective date.
